By accessing or using ORB AutoTrader ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ORB AutoTrader is an automated trading bot service that executes Opening Range Breakout strategies on supported cryptocurrency exchanges. The Service includes:
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to trade in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding cryptocurrency trading.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time but access continues until the end of the annual period. No pro-rata refunds for annual plans.
The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be charged the applicable subscription fee. You may only use one free trial per person or household.
You provide trade-only API keys from your exchange. These keys must NOT have withdrawal permissions. ORB AutoTrader uses these keys solely to execute trades on your behalf. You are responsible for creating API keys with appropriate permissions and for the security of your exchange account.
IMPORTANT: Trading cryptocurrencies and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. You acknowledge and agree that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORB AutoTrader and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, lost profits, data loss, or service interruptions.
We strive for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, exchange outages, internet disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.
All code, strategies, algorithms, content, and designs are the intellectual property of ORB AutoTrader. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell any part of the Service.
You may not use the Service to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these terms, abuse of the Service, or non-payment. Upon termination, the bot will stop trading and you will retain access to your exchange account and funds.
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first.
